Cancellation Policy
At Baja Rejuvenation, our booking policy for premium regenerative treatments stem cell therapies, exosome infusions, IV drips, and EBOO sessionsis designed to fully protect our investment in perishable, high-cost materials, specialized equipment, dedicated clinical space, staff preparation, and overhead. This ensures we can serve even in cases of cancellations or no-shows, as these disruptions prevent us from reallocating resources to other clients. All appointments require booking at least 72 hours in advance via our secure online system, with full prepayment of 50% of the treatment cost due at booking to confirm your slot. This non-refundable payment covers procurement of custom materials (e.g., stem cells or exosomes) and reserves your exclusive treatment time and space. Cancellations are accepted only by call and writing through email or our portal no social media notices qualify. Any cancellation, regardless of timing, results in full forfeiture of the payment to compensate for irrecoverable costs and lost revenue. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the entire payment with no credit option. No-shows: failing to arrive or notify us incur the full payment forfeiture plus an automatic additional charge of 50% of the treatment and supplies cost, billed to your provided payment method, to offset the complete loss of the reserved slot and prepared resources. Clients with any no-show history will require verified full prepayment plus a 20% surcharge for all future bookings. Rescheduling is limited to one instance per booking and must be requested at least 96 hours in advance; it will be treated as a cancellation otherwise, with a $150 administrative fee deducted from any potential credit. A new full prepayment is required for the rescheduled date. All payments are final, with no cash refunds under any circumstances credits, when granted, expire after 3 months and cannot be redeemed for cash. If we must cancel due to clinic issues, you receive a full credit (no refund) and priority rescheduling. Bookings are subject to medical screening; ineligibility results in forfeiture minus a $200 processing fee. Force majeure allows us to cancel with full refund/credit. Policy may change; booking means agreement.
